Appointments can be individually scheduled by phone (919) 870-1001 or by email at healthydietsinc@aol.com.
Hours: 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. M-F
Doctors may refer patients for consultation by phone, fax or e-mail. Referrals may not be needed depending on your individual health insurance plan.
Rates
- 60 – 90 minutes Initial Consultation and Counseling Session: $120
- Initial consultation with metabolic testing: $150
- 30-60 minutes Follow-up Session: $100
Payment is expected at the time of service by credit card, cash or check.
Insurance
Healthy Diets, Inc is in network with BCBSNC. Members who qualify can sign up for Member Health Partnernship and receive 6 visits per year with a dietitian at no charge. To find out if you are able to receive the 6 free visits, call 1-800-218-5295 for eligibility and enrollment.
We are also contracted with American WholeHealth Networks Inc, Cigna, PHCS and Medicare. As individual health insurance plans vary, we recommend verifying benefits with your insurance company prior to making an appointment.
