Directions
From 540 Outer Loop:
Take Six Forks South to the third stoplight. Turn right here, onto Forum Drive. Continue down Forum for 0.4 mile and turn left at 8300 Health Park. Make an immediate left and drive into the parking garage, following it all the way up to the top level (uncovered). Enter the building here and head toward the end of the hallway. Healthy Diets, Inc. is down the hall on the right.
From 440 Beltline:
Go North on Six Forks for about 5 miles. Turn left at Forum Drive (the light after Saw Mill Rd). Continue down Forum for 0.4 mile and turn left at 8300 Health Park. Make an immediate left and drive into the parking garage, following it all the way up to the top level (uncovered). Enter the building here and head toward the end of the hallway.
