How often should I follow up with you?

Every person is unique as are his/her health goals and challenges. We develop our lifestyle habits over time and to change them requires commitment and time. Depending on the level of change clients want to make, how committed they are to that change, and their medical history, most clients need at least 3 visits. Some clients feel they are more successful with greater structure and accountability and choose to follow up on a regular basis continuously.
